We collect the information you choose to share with us: your name, phone number, and email address when you request or book an appointment; any notes you include with a request; and your email address when you join our list. When you purchase online, payment is processed by Square — card numbers are handled by Square and are not stored on our systems. Like most websites, our servers also keep routine technical logs.

How we use your information

We use your information to schedule, confirm, and manage your appointments; to respond when you contact us; to process payments; and — only with your separate consent — to send you marketing communications such as our specials. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

With your consent, we send text messages about your appointments (confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups). Promotional texts are sent only if you separately opt in. Message frequency varies. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver messages.

Sharing

We share personal information only with the service providers that make this site work — payment processing (Square), email delivery, and text-message delivery — each acting on our instructions, and when the law requires it. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Retention & security

We keep booking and contact records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and professional obligations, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect them.
