I opened AERIS because I believe an aesthetics practice should teach before it treats. Most people who sit across from me have been sold to for years — and rarely explained to. So we begin differently. You will learn what a treatment actually does beneath the skin, what the evidence shows, and what it can and cannot deliver — and only then decide, together, whether it belongs in your plan. Nothing here is prescribed from a menu. Your skin, your history, your goals: the plan is built for you, and for no one else. That takes longer. You are worth it.

Tyler Owen, PA-C
On-Site Medical Director · Master Injector
Board-certified Physician Assistant and AERIS’s on-site Medical Director. Raised in Carlsbad, New Mexico, Tyler earned his degree in Medical Laboratory Science in 2016, spent four years in the hospital laboratories of UNM Hospital and Lovelace Medical Center, and completed Physician Assistant training in 2022 — practicing since across plastic surgery, family medicine, urgent care, and pain management. At AERIS he oversees every medical service and protocol, from the medical weight-loss program and men’s hormone therapy to advanced injectable treatments — meticulous, evidence-based, and patient-first. Above all, a devoted father of two daughters.
