I opened AERIS because I believe an aesthetics practice should teach before it treats. Most people who sit across from me have been sold to for years — and rarely explained to. So we begin differently. You will learn what a treatment actually does beneath the skin, what the evidence shows, and what it can and cannot deliver — and only then decide, together, whether it belongs in your plan. Nothing here is prescribed from a menu. Your skin, your history, your goals: the plan is built for you, and for no one else. That takes longer. You are worth it.
The practice keeps three quiet rules. Evidence first — every device, product, and protocol earns its place through clinical data, not trend. Tyler Owen, PA-C

Board-certified Physician Assistant and AERIS’s on-site Medical Director. Raised in Carlsbad, New Mexico, Tyler earned his degree in Medical Laboratory Science in 2016, spent four years in the hospital laboratories of UNM Hospital and Lovelace Medical Center, and completed Physician Assistant training in 2022 — practicing since across plastic surgery, family medicine, urgent care, and pain management. At AERIS he oversees every medical service and protocol, from the medical weight-loss program and men’s hormone therapy to advanced injectable treatments — meticulous, evidence-based, and patient-first. Above all, a devoted father of two daughters.

Licensed Esthetician with a genuine passion for the art and science of skincare, and a conviction that beautiful skin begins with understanding it — which is why client education is the cornerstone of every treatment Jayla gives. She specializes in HydraFacials, dermaplaning, and medical-grade chemical peels, each tailored to the skin in front of her rather than to a menu, with healthy, radiant skin as the measure. Her signature — and her favorite — is the AERIS LUX Therapeutic Facial, where advanced skincare meets an elevated, deeply restorative hour. She loves building these luxurious, customized treatments, and every guest leaves cared for, educated, and beautifully renewed.

A Colorado native and graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, Dr. DeMario brings medical knowledge, strategic vision, and a passion for excellence to AERIS. As Director of Operations she helps drive the vision, organization, and daily operations that keep AERIS moving forward — and, currently awaiting residency placement, she combines her medical background with a forward-thinking approach to leadership and the patient experience. We are proud to have her on the AERIS team as we continue to redefine luxury in medical aesthetics.
